Brandon "Seagull" Larned was an American competitive Team Fortress 2 player who mained Roaming Soldier and Demoman.

Seagull is well known for playing on teams such as The Experiment, Fully Torqued and most notably Classic Mixup. He is regarded by many as one of the best Roaming Soldiers to have ever played the game and has participated in numerous ESEA-Invite LANs as well as i52.

Early Career[edit]

Seagull's first full season was in Season 2 Open (Invite wasnt a Division until Season 3) when he competed with iDemise- finishing the Season third with the team. He then switched to Blight Gaming for three Seasons winning Season 3 and finishing 3rd and 2nd respectively with the team for the following Seasons. After a break he returned to play for The Experiment in Season 10 finishing Second with the team. He had some brief spells with GOIN HEAVY and Fully Torqued (achieving 3rd in Season 13 with the latter) before joining the team that would ultimately define his career.

The Mixup Era[edit]

Before the start of ESEA Invite Season 14 Seagull was acquired by Season 13 Runners-up Classic Mixup to play Demoman for the team. They subsequently finished 2nd to reigning champions High Rollers Gaming. Seagull switched to Roamer for Season 15 and started asserting his dominance on the role amazing the community with his coordination and aggression of his bombs. Mixup went into LAN as the second seed and with Seagull ending up beating iT in an astonishing display to with both Grand Final best-of-threes for Seagull's second Invite title. In Season 16 his biggest rivals were now the soon to be legendary froyotech who proved too strong for his team getting narrowly beaten in the Grand Final. His next major tournament was at i52 which was the first time Seagull had played at a European LAN. Although impressing many at the event his team could only manage third losing to Epsilon eSports in a nail-biting Golden-Cap finish in the Lower-Bracket final. Seagull ended up playing one more season for Mixup in Season 17, finishing third again before he eventually quit the game.
