Season 1 was the first regular season of ETF2L's Highlander competition. Signups began on October 16th 2011, with over 300 teams entering by the deadline of October 30th. After the divisions were published, the main season began on November 13th.

Prizes
Every player that completed this season (without dropping out) won an in-game medal. Ranked medals were given only to teams that finished first, second and third in Division 1 (top division at the time), rest of the teams were given either group winner medal or participant medal with name of their corresponding division. No prize money was given out during this season.
