- 1 Starkie leaves Se7en after Week 1, replaced by kaptain.[1]
- 2 AMS leaves Se7en after Week 1, replaced by Puoskari.
- 3 Nation! leaves 3/6 after Week 3 and degu replaced him on Medic while the team swaps roles.[2]
- 4 Yumppu played Scout for nunya until Week 3, then krafty replaced him as a permanent merc until the end of the season.
- 5 top5rocket is acquired by nerdRage before Week 6.[3]
- 6 adysky leaves ChampGG.K! due to lack of motivation and is replaced by spudd during Week 6.[4]
- 7 T0m leaves ChampGG.K! after some internal conflicts between the team and is replaced by Silentes during Week 6.[5]
- 8 ChampGG.K! disbanded during Week 7 and thus their playoffs spot was given to Lowpander.[6]
