Teams

Text information on the teams. Changes from previous season (for remaining teams), etc. Can include references in here, or by team name in tables. froyotech returned for their Xth season in a row. fgp and ROME are newcomers. Blah blah blah was promoted from Advanced. Preseason transfers.

Make box template auto calculate number of rows and distribute boxes proportionately (instead of 7/1, make it 4/4)

Roster changes

Clicktabs or do table like here. Can add a notes and ref column. Note that for any tournament that is note in-season (99% of pages), we are seeing the final versions of rosters and then transfers throughout the season. Maybe hard for readers to reverse engineer what the original roster is. But also that's a bit too much perfectionism.

How teams are ranked. Tiebreakers only if applicable.

holy shit do it this way. It's the same way I did it before with the big ass template. Auto sorts everything. Same as Template:Results.

Fixed width for cols.

Playoffs

So much info you can put for just one match. Highlights of logs (top DPM, kills) or entire logs(?). Logs are the community’s summary of a match. Shown on tftv and at the end of every map on streams. The deserve to be represented. Must show substitutes/mercs for matches so they don’t have to show up in roster changes. Show map pick/bans, etc. So much to show. Match summary like in CSGO, especially useful for payload stopwatch times. Must have option for undetailed matches though. Should include this much detail for every match in the season. Or even the final bracket. Can easily make some scripts to convert a single log into properly formatted template. Same goes for statistics section https://www.hltv.org/matches/2303403/sk-vs-liquid-esl-one-cologne-2016 Do more case studies

Grand final

Just use < tr>, < td>, < th>, etc. This is a simple css/html problem. https://www.vlr.gg/248277/paper-rex-vs-evil-geniuses-valorant-champions-2023-playoffs-gf/?game=137642&tab=overview

Maybe don't use wikitable class for logs. Use a custom styling.

Sorting for logs table: can use inverse (1/DPM) as sort key for all metrics - this will make it sort by descending first.
