The problem is how much space is taken up by pictures and just single word descriptions of places. == Proposal: Map Pages Move ==

Alright, we all know that MediaWiki hates lowercase letters and underscores, both of which are prevalent in map names. I would like to propose that we move all maps to the common/proper name for the map (e.g. "Badlands" for cp_badlands, "Viaduct" for koth_viaduct).

I talked with [[User:Kaneco]] about this earlier and he brought up the point of the many different versions of maps, especially that of pro vs. normal versions. For that case, I would propose that the article itself has a section describing the differences between the pro and normal versions - there's not really enough to justify the two versions having separate pages when they're pretty similar.

Obviously this will require some time and effort to complete successfully, but I wouldn't mind putting that in. I'd like some feedback, though, before I commit to doing such a major change. : Hmmm. Well I don't think we really need two pages for normal and pro versions so a short little section would be nice. +1 on that. Moving the maps to just the common names though? ehh. I know that we don't have a pages for koth_ashville and cp_ashville but we should get those at some point and then what would we do? That is something that would have to be hashed out. Honestly using  the DISPLAYTITLE thingy would be the easiest solution imo. That being said redirects based for just the map names should exist at the very least. == ESEA Previous Seasons ==

This is more of a notice than a specific to-do, but I'm creating a script to pull the results directly from ESEA's site so that we don't have to spend so much time formatting it. It's not perfect and won't do forfeits and such, but an initial pass will have most of the information as needed.

Let me know about anything you want to see from this, I can access almost any data publicly listed on ESEA's site. Obviously some things are difficult, such as forfeits,  some things have to be worked around, like getting the matches for a certain season for a team automatically, and some information outright cannot be accessed, like old demos and VOD links, but I'll do the best I can to create the most ideal script.
