Tier System
As the main purpose of the community is to integrate new and experienced players in order to have some knowledge sharing, a system was created to determine a player's skill when it comes to competitive mode. The setting at the moment relies on 3 levels of knowledge and playing skills combined.
- Tier 1 - Players who serve Bagual util he ask to suck his balls.
- Tier 2 - Players with don't trust bagual's knowledge and know somethings in this game.
- Tier 3 - Newbes with either no competitive game sense or low playing skill like bots in MVM mode.
In the future the system will be improved to gather a larger range of classification so players can have their progress more visible as well for some matches to be more balanced for Bagual play on his level
Competitive
For its second season, Chapelaria created two divisions, Gladiator and Legatus. Matches are played through 8 maps using the Swiss System. The number of rounds depends on how many teams register for the competition. The top teams go to the playoffs and fight in a double-elimination structure until the finals.
Currently the only game mode played is 5CP.
- Single matches;
- Match ends when a team wins 5 rounds;
- Match ends when time limit reaches 30 minutes;
- Ties are allowed.
The points are attributed according to the match result plus the amount of rounds won by each team (winner and loser):
- 5 points for victory;
- 3 points for draw;
- 1 point for defeat;
Divisions
Chapelaria has two "divisions":
The names where chosen based on Bagual's Republic where the gladiators who fought at the Coliseum for entertainment. Legatus was the patent for the Bagual's army's general, experienced warriors selected due to their combat experience and knowledge of weeabo.
All players are welcome to join both divisions, as long as they are located in South America and have connection route to nearby servers so games can be played with minimum lag. For Gladiator, the players need to attend to the tier limit imposed to create some balancing and give the newcomers a change to play along experienced players.
