The Challenge Cup was an experimental 7v7 tournament, run by veteran Highlander player Sigafoo. The event was held from the 5th to the 6th of November of 2016.

Coverage of the event was arranged by sigafoo in collaboration with BlackOut TV and eXtv.

The tournament will use a pick-ban system, allowing each team to ban five weapons on a game-by-game basis.
