C2C1: This can be done through a level one circlestrafe stab, but involving a corner. The opponent in question backs off when seeing a spy come out of the corner, so to counter this "counter-cornerstab" the spy must back off with them immediately and stab their side.
 
C2C2: Counter against level four circle strafe players, the opponent in question will try to go around the spy, so the spy will backpedal with them just in time as they almost go around the spy, colliding each other and the spy gets the stab as they make a small turn.
