− | + | Team Fortress 2 BBALL is a 1v1 or 2v2 gamemode, played exclusively with [[Soldier]]s. The entire map is one large basketball court with two hoops, similar to a real basketball court. At start of the round, an intelligence briefcase spawns in the middle of the court. The objective is to pick up the intelligence, and dunk yourself in the enemy team's hoop by rocket jumping. All dunks while carrying the intel score a point. Once you score a point, the intelligence will spawn on the other team's free-throw line, near there hoop, giving them a chance to score. Standard BBALL is played in 10 minute rounds, but it varies a lot, with some games playing first to a certain point value, because there is no official league or organization that has standardized this gamemode yet. This gamemode heavily rewards practice in airshots and rocket jumping. | |
