It is considered to be the premier Team Fortress 2 tournament for the calendar year, featuring the best teams from across the globe in a head-to-head tournament. The event will be held at The NEC in Birmingham, England from the 26th to the 28th of August 2016.^[1] An initial £5,000 prize pool was confirmed in mid-April 2016,^[2] and this was expanded to £8,500 after contributions from [2]^[3] and OCZ^[4]

froyotech are the defending champions, having won the previous i55 edition.^[5] Online showmatches were organised in order to raise funds for Full Tilt and froyotech to attend the event.
