colony started out as an all-scandiavian pub team, who rose up in ranks of early day Highlander on ETF2L. The team housed strong 6v6 players zoob and furbo.

Created by hurr in 2010, it took on the 6v6 team broder in a showmatch to raise awareness for the new highlander format that was going to start in ETF2L.

The team has seen little change during its run through the HCC and subsequent highlander seasons.

Gatekeepers of prem

Although colony was placed consistently in the highest divisions, their dominating performances diminished after the HCC. Other teams were catching up and the games required more effort from the pubstackers. They did show a few breakout performances, namely at wireplay and experimental cups, but their hey days of HCC seemed to be over.

Remains of the team

Even though the team has been converted to a Fun Team, colony presence can still be seen throughout the highlander scene.
colony mumble colony hosts the most active European Highlander mumble servers. Many teams are using it as their primary voice server.
colony spreadsheet in the early days of highlander, there wasn't a pickup or way to find decent scrims. The boys at colony created a spreadsheet that, after several years of service is still in use.

Kissakala, Zoob and furbo have since then joined Highpander and have won Highlander Premiership.

they earned their nickname 'forever 2nd place' due to their large amount of second place finishes. An onset that haunted zoob until he finally won premiership with Highpander.
