kKaltUu is a Heavy main who is a backup for Fair Enough. He has been working at ETF2L since early 2013 and at Saloon.tf since 2015.
Beginning[edit]
kKaltUu came in contact with players of Gathering of Tweakers by playing on their public server and ended up playing for them. They played together for several season for game modes including 6v6, 7v7 and highlander. With GoT, he attended The Reality LAN events, several meetings and helped with a charity event.
During UGC Highlander Season 8, he was asked to merc as demoman for Sandviches are Forever, which sparked an interest for Highlander in kKaltUu. kKaltUu was called back upon to merc from two different teams, itsallgood and Fair Enough. He settled with Fair enough and achieved third place in the season.
With this interest in highlander, kKaltUu contacted ETF2L and would start trialling as a league administrator.
Premiership[edit]
When ETF2L Highalander Season 3 came to a close, kKaltUu joined Legolas for a brief period of time, due to team colony looking for a Heavy. Due to his recent success in UGC, he was able to convince colony that he was a suitable player and managed to play in their main lineup.
Colony finished the season fifth out of the six spots, however, the team was able to secure a second place finish in an experimental cup with the help of kKaltUu.
itsallgood[edit]
colony folded after ETF2L Highlander Season 4 and left kKaltUu teamless. His old friend Flood from Fair Enough was planning on making a high division team, and kKaltUu helped him. Simultaneously, Wireplay Season 10 was under way, and Bulow asked him to join the roster as a sub. The season finals were dawning closer and it seemed almost impossible for itsallgood to win the season. Kill Switch needed 0.25 points to stay ahead of itsallgood.
Over a heavily fought three maps itsallgood came out victorious and won the season. At that point kKaltUu was invited back into premiership, this time with itsallgood trying for the double.
The newly premiership team played against old giants and took points out from teams such as DAROUTOUTOU and SNSD. The run in premiership was up to the semi-finals, where they met Kill Switch but lost. Kill Switch would end up winning the season.
When Season 6 came around, kKaltUu and itsallgood competed again in wireplay and ETF2L. Their wireplay season was cut short and trying to defend their championship title ended in a 4th place finish.
In ETF2L the season went smooth. Dropping two points each to previous ETF2L champion Kill Switch and future champion Highpander the team rode it out to the first place in the regular season.
Once again the unfortunate kKaltUu suffers from having to try to keep Bulow alive no doubt saving his team from countless uber drops through his own sacrifice. |
In the finals they ran out of steam and were bested by Hildreth and his team. Second place would be kKaltUu's highest ETF2L finish to date.
After the season was over itsallgood joined several competitions, one of which was a cash cup The Awesome Cup #2, and won. Itsallgood folded at the end of Season 7, leaving kKaltUu without a team again.
Fair Enough[edit]
Being friends with players on the Fair Enough roster, he joined as a heavy second to Qnai. He would make a few appearances in the UGC teams and cups, but due to health issues had to forfeit playing as much as he used to.
With DeutschLAN 2015 approaching, he was originally going to play for Fair Enough, but was recruited to play in LANpander instead.
Trivia[edit]
