Career[edit]
In his career, SVMZI played for various organisations and attended i49 and i52 representing Team Infused and Reason Gaming. SVMZI is known for his proficient clean up abilities on Scout as well as his on point sniping.
After his time in SUAVE, SVMZI chose to have a pause from competitive TF2 to concentrate on other commitments[1], but remained active in the scene, playing PUGs or small tournaments such as DreamHack Summer 2016: Qualifiers #2.
In April 2017, SVMZI made his comeback with Perminators, a team made of old prominent players which included kaidus, cookye and Rising, but due to kaidus leaving the team during ETF2L Season 27 Premiership Playoffs, Perminators folded.
SVMZI continued playing and later announced his attendance to Insomnia61 with SVIFT. After finishing second at the LAN, SVMZI made SVIFT a brand which aims to sponsor tournaments and teams.[2]
More recently he was denied playing in various divisons due to his immense amount of skill. To prevent him from dominating his competition once again an ETF2L rule has been published, often referred to as the "smzi clause".
Trivia[edit]
- SVMZI played Highlander for a few seasons on Heavy, most notably with Stacked, where he was praised for his tracking capabilities on the class. His best achievement in highlander was winning UGC Platinum.
- After his initial retirement post, he asked his friend and former ETF2L head admin Sonny Black to blacklist him from the website if he ever saw him back playing[3]. The ban came into effect when SVMZI replaced NiCO in The Last Resort during Week 5 of ETF2L Season 22.[4]. The ban was raised once the Sonny Black stepped down from his position in early 2017.
