To schedule a match you should consult your cup bracket, check the team Steam and search for the team Steam in the table above, then add their team leader and get a server as soon as possible, when the round is scheduled to start you are free to start playing.

After 15 mins of the scheduled match time, if you can't reach your opponents you can claim a default win and advance to the next round. Make sure you try adding their leader and their team members on steam first.

Contrary to what was originally announced the cup will run with the new ETF2L Season 16 Config ([http://etf2l.org/configs/etf2l.cfg here] and [http://etf2l.org/configs/etf2l_6v6.cfg here]) and [https://raw.github.com/thraaawn/TF2-Whitelists/master/etf2l_whitelist_6v6.txt Whitelist]. If you use serveme.tf it shouldn't be a problem as it is pretty self explanatory and the config comes per default on the server. Otherwise if you have difficulties contact [http://steamcommunity.com/id/Kaneco/ me (Kaneco)] on steam.

== Servers ==
If you have a server you can use your own server, otherwise we recommend using http://serveme.tf/ to rent a server for the match time (please do it in advance so all servers are not taken). This site is very straightforward and easy to use but if you have any question contact [http://steamcommunity.com/id/Kaneco/ me(kaneco)]. Also in last resort you can reach me on steam for a server if there are no servers available on serveme.tf. 

== Subs / Roster Changes ==

All roster changes or subs must be checked first with Kaneco through steam if they are allowed to play. 

== Reporting Match Results ==
Match results should be reported to [http://steamcommunity.com/id/Kaneco/ me(kaneco)] through Steam.

You should have screens that confirm the result and a console status scheenshot to prove your team in case there's a dispute. P-REC is also advised so every player has a POV demo in case theres a dispute as well. P-REC can be also set up to take automatic screenshots of round / console status. Also if you use serveme.tf please download the STV demo after the match. To Report any team for sandbagging or for irregular players pm me (kaneco) on steam.
