Former Quake III player, Daniel "carnage" Sturdivant played many games competitively and won a few tournament prizes before starting to play TF2 in ESEA in 2009. He was very influential in terms of scout play style with his reputable death match skills and aggressive play style which was ground breaking at the time. He also created the term Meatshot which is still used widely to this very day. He was considered the best scout of the game for some time. He stopped playing TF2 after taking 2nd place on ESEA-I Season 7 with compLexity.
