Competitive Maps

There are many different maps played in the various competitive formats TF2. Game modes such as Control Points (5), King of the Hill, Payload, and Attack/Defend are the most prevalent, as they have been the most tested through and consistent types of maps. In addition to official maps put out by Valve, there are several custom maps that are considered competitive maps.

Viaduct Pro, a staple map in 4v4, 6v6 and Highlander

Airfield, a King of the Hill map specifically designed for 4v4 play

Snakewater was played in 6v6 even before it became a official map

Swiftwater is a Highlander map created for the UGC League, hence the "_ugc" iteration
