NerdRage.tf2 are a branch of the eSports sponsorship organisation NerdRage.pro. The team was formerly called zizi and Tony's Tigers. Forming in Season 21, the team compromises of half of Awsomniac (Season 20 Version) and half of Ze Knutsson Rollerbladers, two teams which disbanded in Season 20. Known for their experienced players, the team was a favourite to win S21 ETF2L 6V6 Premiership, but eventually ended up in third place. The HUD, or heads-up display, are the in-game element such as health and ammo indicators, the killfeed, etc. Custom HUDs are very important to the competitive scene because they usually focus more on usability. Many competitive players prefer custom HUDs over the default one as they clutter the screen less and show more relevant information to the player.

List of HUDs
huds.tf - A site where you can find the most recent and up-to-date custom huds including screenshots.
Another list of custom HUDs can be seen here.
Huds.tf also includes guides on the how to install custom HUDs and how to modify an existing HUD or create your own from scratch.

How to install
Since the Steampipe update, custom files are much more easily installed and managed.

To install any custom HUD you should follow the steps below:
# Extract the main contents of the HUD package you downloaded (usually HUDs come in .zip or .rar format), they should contain a resource, scripts and/or materials folders.
# Go to the Steam/steamapps/common/team fortress 2/tf/custom directory on your hard drive
# Create a folder and name it to your liking (eg: mycustomhud)
# Copy the extracted folders into the folder you created in the custom directory
# Start the game and test the HUD you installed

Note: The game should be closed while you do this.

How to create custom HUDs
For most HUD editing tasks only a text processor is needed, this makes it very easy to create and edit custom huds.

Ready Steady Pan, a form of 6v6, is a type of competitive Team Fortress format. The basic requirement is for every player to have a Frying Pan equipped. Classes that cannot equip the pan are banned (Engineer, Spy), as well as the Heavy and Medic for their high HP (300) and HP regeneration abilities respectively.

Format
Ready Steady Pan is a competitive format with six players on a team. It plays out like a normal 6v6 game but the only weapons that can be used to deal damage are Frying Pans and other food items.

The players are free to choose any class (apart from engineer and spy), as long as they only equip non-damage dealing primaries, or don't use them at all, because of this, items like the sticky jumper and rocket jumper are considered essential, as they give players a lot of mobility at the cost of the primary damage, which since it's banned, makes it even more convenient.
Wireplay was a European community website that promoted and hosted both 6v6 and Highlander leagues. Furthermore, the website hosted a Team Fortress Classic league.

Wireplay's servers were turned off on 06/10/14, marking the end of the league.

Format
Wireplay is currently on its twelfth 6v6 season and tenth Highlander season. Both leagues are split up into tiers of divisions, each with its own system of promotions and relegations. Divisions usually have a size of 6 or 8 teams. A season usually consists of 5 or 7 weeks of matches.

Matches usually consist of two maps, each lasting 30 minutes. The following win conditions are used:
* On 5CP maps, the map ends once the time limit runs out or one of the teams scores 5 more points than the opponent.
* King of the Hill maps are played in a best of 5 format (first to 3 wins), without a time limit.
* Attack/Defense maps in 6v6 are played with stopwatch mode. Two rounds of the map are played. The map can be either won or drawn by one of the teams.
* In Highlander, Attack/Defense and Payload maps are usually the sole maps in a match. They are played in a best of 3 format.
Numlocked was an European Demoman who played for Epsilon eSports. He is often considered to be one of the best Demoman in TF2 history, having played a huge role in Epsilon's TF2 reign. He has retired from TF2 and now plays League of Legends competitively for Team Refuse.

Team History
Numlocked started playing high level TF2 in the team Vale, where he played for nearly a year before moving to Team Onlinegamer where he played a season in Division 5, after a season playing at a lower level he went back to higher level TF2, this time playing for TCM. He played in TCM until Season 10, where he joined Team Infused. Numlocked played for Infused for 3 seasons before finally moving to Epsilon eSports.
Scrublordhttp://comp.tf/index.php?title=DM&diff=11960DM2014-10-13T19:22:30Z
Scrublord:

Grant "b4nny" Vincent is a competitive TF2 player currently playing Scout for Froyotech, known for playing Demoman for the ESEA-I teams eMazing Gaming, Leviathan Gaming and High Rollers Gaming. He is widely acknowledged to be one of the best Demomen in the game, on par with the European Demoman Numlocked due to his amazing gamesense and DM. Additionally, his ability to play all classes in 6v6 at an Invite level has lead to many calling him the best player in the world.

Biography
B4nny grew up in Bellevue, Washington. Before he played TF2, he played competitive Call of Duty 1,2, and 4 in his middle school years. He was also interested in Unreal Tournament, which brought him closer to the arena-style FPS games, like Quake, that TF2 is based on. He has been playing TF2 since it was first released on the Orange Box, having pre-ordered the set in 2007.

TF2
Slaughterhouse Gaming
B4nny started his TF2 career by playing with Slaughterhouse Gaming, a pub community's Open team. He played with them for 2 seasons, Season 3 and Season 4 (albeit the team did not have a too consistent roster, and he did not play all the matches). In Season 3, the team barely made Open playoffs (at the time, only 8 teams made the cut) and lost to first-seed Harmonic. In Season 4, the team fared better, ending up at 3rd place in Open playoffs, but it was not enough. The team disbanded shortly after.

Don't Trip
After Slaughterhouse Gaming, b4nny was picked up by his friend tyrone to form the first iteration of what would become one of the longest-living teams in ESEA-TF2 history, Don't Trip. The Season 5 roster was integral in establishing the core of b4nny, tyrone, and mackey that would make up a large part of Don't Trip throughout its 9-season history. Playing alongside now-long-time-friends such as blaze and the aforementioned tyrone and mackey, the team won Open in Season 5.

Afterwards, the team made the jump to Invite, and had to restructure the roster. Blaze and jnkx, the scout pair, left, and the young talent yz50 was brought in alongside raf. The medic, karenbear, left as well, and Shade was brought in, to help create the core of players that b4nny still plays with today. The team got a sponsor and came into Invite under the banner of eMazing Gaming.

eMazing Gaming
b4nny's first foray into invite ended up with him making lan, starting a longtime tradition. The team barely skirted into the 3rd seed with a 10-6 in Season 6 and ended up placing 4th at lan, losing out to fourth-seeded blight.own, beginning a long-time rivalry with fellow lan veteran Platinum. Despite placing fourth, he was invited to play with the ESEA-East TF2 All-Stars team that season. The team defeated the west team 5-0 with b4nny topfragging for the team.

After Season 6, eMg made one more roster change. They cut scout raf for the next generation of Open champions in the form of Ggglygy
from Nexzil Gaming. Still under the eMg banner, the team marched on into Season 7 and finished third in the regular season, with a 12-4 record. B4nny's second-consecutive third seed at lan gave him a chance to redeem himself and eMg won Season 7 lan, defeating ComplexityTF2 5-1 on Granary and Coldfront.

The team made no changes for Season 8 but did not anticipate the perfect season of Gaming, again getting the third seed in the regular season, this time with a 9-7 record. B4nny's third consecutive lan appearance ended in a 2-1 defeat in the finals at the hands of CheckSix.

Prophets ft. Dashner
In the offseason, the team made some changes, cutting ggglygy for cyzer, yz50 for clockwork and replacing shade with reptile (on good terms; shade decided to take some seasons off). Just before lan, the sponsorship was rebranded under a personal sponsorship from Dashner: Prophets ft. Dashner. Prophets once again won lan, defeating the first iteration of Classic Mixup in what would become a long-standing rivalry.

Quantic Gaming
Quantic Gaming sponsored the team for Season 10. Reptile left the team, forcing Quantic to replace him with CB. Quantic finally broke the third seed tradition and captured the first seed for lan off a 15-1 record, but lost at lan to Classic Mixup. Shortly afterward,
Shade returned, allowing b4nny to reform the original core of the team that had won S7 lan and combine it with new players that helped foster the S9 win to create an incredibly strong team. Mackey had to leave for a season, however, so they brought in Dave__AC from the former CheckSix team to complete the roster. The team united with a new sponsor, Leviathan Gaming.

Leviathan Gaming
Season 11 repeated what had become a trope of b4nny's invite career at this point: finish third place regular season and go undefeated at lan. Mihaly's Flow, the regular season leaders, were favorites at this lan, but dropping two games to LG and Spacewhales gave LG the chance to take the trophy away, and that they did. The Leviathan Gaming team are noteworthy in that they were the first team (alongside Classic Mixup) to be sent to Europe as part of the i46 TF2 lan. Dave__AC not available to travel to Europe, mackey stepped back in and re-completed the lan-proven lineup. Both American teams shocked expectations and defeated the Euros, leading to an all-American finals. However, LG ended up losing to Classic Mixup in the grand finals and finished second at i46.

Going back to America for Season 12, the roster saw one change in the leaving of clockwork, prompting the team to bring in hero to replace him, and the return of Dave__AC. This roster once again made lan, finishing second place. Shortly afterwards, b4nny, shade, and cyzer all left LG to form a new super team: bp.

bp
bp formed out of the core that had kept Don't Trip at LAN for seven straight seasons: b4nny, shade, and relatively new blood cyzer. They cherry-picked the best talent they could find, getting Taggerung from The Chess Club and Shrugger from Pinball Wizards, as well as lansky from GOIN HEAVY. The team went 16-0 in the regular season before being noticed by High Rollers Gaming and getting sponsored by them for lan.

High Rollers Gaming
Rebranded under the HRG tag, b4nny and crew took s13 lan without much competition. The same thing happened in Season 14, with another perfect season and another lan win with the exact same roster. The team, after winning ESEA, was given the American spot at i49, and ended up finishing third after not being able to defeat the made-for-lan Epsilon eSports and the TCM crew. Once again it rebranded under a TF2 organization - the iT servers, run by klanana.
iT, still undefeated in ESEA, went under a ton of roster changes in the offseason. Shade, unable to commit, left, and was replaced by up and coming talent indust from AG. Tagg and Cyzer left as well, prompting b4nny to switch from Demoman to Scout and pick up xalox from the dead Solace eSports as Demo and rr from The Mad Men on roamer. The roster once again went undefeated in the regular season, but in one of the greatest ESEA finals of all time, Classic Mixup managed to break their winning streak and recapture the trophy.

froyotech
With klanana leaving TF2, the iT sponsorship was lost. b4nny and shade (now returning) decided to rebrand under the team name froyotech, creating something of their own esports organization with a website and all. The team reunited several players b4nny had played with in the past, getting blaze from his Slaughterhouse days on roamer and clockwork from Prophets ft. Dashner, Quantic, and Leviathan on scout. They also pulled in dummy and ruwin on Demo and Pocket respectively to begin the season. However, after Ruwin quit tf2, the scramble was on for a new pocket, and b4nny brought in old teammate lansky to replace him. Now looking like a reunion of bp/HRG/iT, the team went perfect in the regular season, but after a disappointing loss to Mixup in the TFTV Invitational, b4nny swapped with dummy and went back to his old main, Demoman. They won Season 16, but with that win came another trip to Europe for i52. Dummy, finally getting a lan championship and unable to commit to a European trip, left the team and was replaced by breakout Demoman duwatna. The team started out Season 17 looking strong, but surprisingly b4nny lost his first regular season match in over two years to Exertus eSports (now eLevate TF2). The team made the voyage to Coventry, England, to compete in i52 against the Euros and Australians and surprisingly did not drop a single map in the elimination bracket, becoming the best TF2 team in the world.
Classic Mixup is an ESEA-I (Invite) team that made their debut in Season 9 with many of the players of the departed team Complexity. Since their debut, they have made ESEA LAN Grand Finals every season. In Season 12 Classic Mixup became the second team in ESEA-I history on having an undefeated regular season and the first team on being undefeated both regular and post-season(LAN). Classic Mixup also competed in the Insomnia 46 LAN in Telford, placing first. The team has never placed below 2nd in any seasons and tournaments since their formation barring Insomnia 52 LAN . Players Platinum and Enigma are the core of the team, having been on the team since Season 9.

History
Since the beginning of the competitive scene, many experiments with different formats were made, 6v6 was one of those, and it eventually stuck and today is widely accepted as the staple competitive format. It was the result of a lot of experimentation with class limits, unlocks and maps. It started out without enforced class limits, eventually the class limits got stricter (ex: demoman was limited to 1 per team) and the map pool more refined, . All this process culminated in the refined, fast-paced and interesting metagame we see today.

Format
Classes
6v6 is played with six players on each team.

The common class format is:
* 1 Medic
* 1 Demoman
* 2 Soldiers
* 2 Scouts

This is also commonly referred to as the "Cookie Cutter" lineup, as it's the most versatile lineup which balances both mobility and damage output. Most classes have classlimits of 2, but Demoman and Medic always have classlimits of 1, with other classes such as heavy and engineer also being limited to 1 depending on the league ruleset.

Primary Classes
Standard play involves a team of two Scouts, two Soldiers, one Demoman, and one Medic. The Demoman is usually the damage dealer and the most important class following the medic. The scouts play similar roles, but one is usually supposed to be more passive than the other. The soldiers play completely different roles, the Pocket Soldier protects the medic and spearheads pushes, while the Roaming Soldier helps the scouts and is usually the first player to initiate, or to create a window of opportunity for his team.

Offclasses
In some cases, a team swaps a class of the cookie cuter lineup for a utility class, in order to create an advantage for your team, to help in a defensive situation or even to break a stalemate. This is called offclassing. A scout or the roaming soldier generally switches, which allows classes such as Sniper, Spy, Engineer, Heavy, or Pyro to be utilized. In general, offclassing means trading off the mobility of the standard cookie cuter lineup for damage or positional advantage or even a suprise effect.

Snipers and Spies are often referred to as "pick" classes, as their different playstyles and ability to 1-hit kill any class are very valuable when attempting to gain an advantage. Pyro, Heavy and Engineer are often called "defense" classes as they trade the mobility of one of the scouts or soldier, for better area control and/or damage output.

Sniper is perhaps the most common offclass, and a scout is the most common offclasser.

Game Modes
In 6v6, a few different map types are played.

Control Points
The most common is 5CP, or "5 Control Points", which requires a team to control all five control points in a map in order to win the round. Common 5CP maps include cp_granary, cp_badlands and cp_process.

King of the Hill
KOTH, or "King of the Hill", is a game mode where teams fight for control of one central control point in a race against the clock. The only widespread koth map currently used for 6v6 is koth_pro_viaduct.

Attack/Defense
A/D, or "Attack/Defense", are maps which use a stopwatch to time the attacking team in trying to capture all of the defending team's control points. The defending team then switches to the attacking team and tries to beat the opposing team's time. The only 2 common attack/defense maps are cp_gravelpit and cp_edifice.

Capture the Flag
CTF, or "Capture the Flag", are maps where a team has to capture the intel from the enemy base and take it to your own base to score a point. This gamemode is very rarely played in 6s and most leagues have dropped CTF maps of their map pool. One of the most famous 6v6 CTF maps is Turbine Pro.

* 1 Medic
* 1 Demoman
* 2 Soldiers
* 2 Scouts

CTF, or "Capture the Flag", are maps where a team has to capture the intel from the enemy base and take it to your own base to score a point.
cp_badlands is a remake of the classic CTF_Badlands from Team Fortress Classic. Much of the map has been changed and the map type has been changed from capture the flag to control point. The map consists of a base for each team, an open second point for each team located on the top of a spire or hoodoo, and a center point on the bridge.

The objective of Badlands is to control all five capture points. Each team starts with their second and final control points locked, leaving only the middle point available.

In competitive play, Badlands is the most popular map played in both official matches and unofficial matches. Along with Granary, Badlands is perhaps the oldest map still in rotation in the competitive scene.

The fast-paced nature of this map allows for exciting plays and comebacks which make it the uncontested staple map of competitive 6v6, it also features fast and technically difficult rollout mechanics along with tight chokes and the emblematic spire on the second point.

Locations
All place names are given from the perspective of defense as their primary name (in terms of left and right), except obviously for the middle control point.

Lower Left: This is the side route that can be found directly left of the final point. It stretches from Lower Lobby, rises to Upper Lobby and goes back down to a lower level directly left of the point. Scouts will usually try and capture the point quickly and unnoticed using this doorway. On defense, the roaming Soldier should watch this door and spam it so flankers are discouraged from pushing through there; a tactic with a similar goal involves placing a scout near the doorway to deter flanks. Demomen can put a few sticky bombs on this door, however, if there is a Soldier or Heavy physically guarding the point.

Lower Lobby / Main Lobby: This is the room which accommodates the main entrance into the base. It can be reached whilst attacking through the main entrance from Gray Bridge as well as the side entrance from Back Spire. This is usually the sight of an initial plan of attacking last as if there are few of the enemy team, players maybe tempted to attack the final capture point through Main Hallway.

Main Hallway: This is the corridor connecting lower lobby with the final capture point. You can also reach Upper Lobby through the stairs in Main Hallway. This is usually the stage for any rushes onto last as well as where a majority of Snipers will sight down to get a quick pick. There are barrels in the hallway that can also be used for cover.

Upper Lobby: This refers to the room across from the spawn room which can overlook the final points. This room can be accessed through a number of ways from both the final capture point and from the previous capture point. This is where a majority of pushes onto the final capture point will take place as the entrances through towards the control point offer such much needed height for the heavier classes.

Spire: The most prominent structure at second point, as the control point rests on top of the spire. There are many positional and maneuvering tricks a player can do here, especially Soldiers and Scouts. Height advantage among the various levels should be cherished and should always be utilized.

Balcony / Battlements: The Sniper deck that overlooks Spire, Stone Bridge up to choke. This is a popular spot for defensive Snipers because of the long sightlines. This is a common place for defensive players to be seen jumping or attempting to spam onto Spire.

Dropout / Dropoff / Dropdown: The square exit that is used to exit the base that leads to Resupply. It is commonly used during the initial Rollout to reach middle. When attempting to contest Spire, Scouts and Soldiers frequently use the Dropoff to get inside the enemy base unseen in order to flank and attack unaware enemies.

House Balcony / Platform: The small platform outside of the House entrance. This provides a small height advantage and should always be controlled by a roaming Soldier on Defense. This is a big choke point so pushing through should only really be done when there is a clear advantage.

Launch Pad / Pride Rock / Ramp: Refers to the small cliff near spire. It is commonly used by Soldiers and Demomans to rocket / sticky jump off onto spire. Scouts can also use launch pad to double jump onto spire.

Resupply / Forward Respawn: Shortened sometimes as "Re-sup", this is the forward respawn, when your team has captured the middle point. However, you may enter this at any time to quickly regain health and ammo.

Stone Bridge / Grey Bridge: The bridge in front of the main entrance to the base. This is where any pushes into the enemy base, if any resistance is predicted, will take place. If the defending team has lost a lot of players during their mid-fight, remaining players will surrender choke and move back to Stone Bridge to try and resist any attempts by the enemy to capture Spire.

Trash / Back Spire: The area behind Spire. Most players will hold this area to guard the side exit and Lower Lobby.

Wooden Bridge / Diagonal / Flank: The bridge that overlooks Valley and is directly in front of Resupply. This should always be watched by the Scouts so as to prevent flanks.

Valley: The flank that links Middle Point with Stone Bridge via Resupply and Diagonal. This is a popular route for Scouts and roaming Soldiers.

Patio / Haunter:The small wooden platform directly outside of the entrance into house from yard. This is a popular spot for teams to push through to catch the enemy off guard. Teams usually have someone watching this while holding in yard.

Because of the symmetrical style of Badlands, each team share a similar landmark / location on their respective sides of the middle point. A popular method to counteract this is to add the prefix "our" or "their", e.g. "their Choke". Some players may also refer the middle point as "Mid" or even "Bridge" because of, like the 2nd/4th point, the landmark it is located on.

Balcony / Window: This is the balcony to the right of house. This is where some Demoman and Soldiers jump so they can get onto the enemy Crates. Many Demomen spam from here too, as it provides cover through distance and is detached from the heat of the action. It is possible to move through the bars of the window and gain access to house.

Choke: Refers to the area beyond the train cars which connects the area around spire with the mid point. This route is used frequently with the heavier classes because of its directness to the 2nd / 4th control point.

House: The building that overlooks the middle point. It has three entrances: one from wooden bridge, one from the middle capture point and one from spire. This is where a majority of team roll outs will finish on their way to mid. During mid fights the Demoman will attempt to spam into house to deny the enemy access to the point and force them back to choke.

Side-house / Shithouse / Lunchbox / Closet / Cubby / Maintenance: The small building directly opposite of house. This is a popular route for Scouts who are attempting to get behind the enemy, note that a majority of teams will have either a Soldier or Demoman watching this area when they reach middle. When a team is running a Pyro, this is a popular route for them, as as well going underneath the point, because it leaves them undetected until they are close to the enemy.

Train / Crates: This refers to the flatbed train cars on either side of the point. This is a popular location for Soldiers because this is the highest location at mid.

Underneath / Under Bridge: Refers to the area directly under the point. This is where some Scout battles may occur.

Valley: This is used by some teams where the Soldiers, Demoman and Medic push from Valley and try and catch the enemy off guard expecting resistance from house; this is usually referred to as a "valley push".

 Tactics

Because of the maps popularity in competitive play, a number of strategies have been employed in this map. The more effective ones have become standard for teams wishing to either employ the tactic as it is or build upon them so they adapt better for their team mates.

 Positioning

Positioning is very important for teams to understand as they form the defensive parts of their play.

Defending Control Point 1/5

If the team has a designated roaming Soldier, they should be the one standing on the point until stickies are placed; calling Snipers looking through and pushes coming from main. If a Scout has changed class to Heavy, the roamer can leave the point and support his team elsewhere.

The combo will stand guard on the platform on the top right. Soldier should position himself near the top of the staircase from floor as he can get a good view of the entrance from upper lobby as well as the entrance from main. Medic generally stand slightly backwards from his Soldier but should have sight of his roaming Soldier on the point although some prefer standing half way down the stairs giving them cover from pushes although this tactic will deny them a retreat back to spawn.

If there is a Sniper then the Medic can hide behind the first pillar to the left as you come out of the right hand side of spawn; or down the stairs. The former position is preferred as it allows you to easily retreat into the spawn if you don't have a counter uber. Standing on the stairs makes you an easier target for spies and daring scouts.

The lower left entrance is usually watched by the Demoman. The common mindset is to lay a sticky trap getting a quick kill on Scouts trying to "ninja cap".

If your team has uber disadvantage then the Demoman should stand on the right hand side of the point whilst the left hand side is looked after by the roamer and scout. However, if the ubers are equal, or you have an advantage then the demo should be on the left and the two Soldiers should be on the right.

The position of the utilities depends on what class they are playing although one of the two should be playing as a Scout in order to effectively push out of the base. If the team has employed a Sniper, the common position is for them to stand behind the cap slightly to the right so he can overlook the main entrance or to stand in the right hand side of spawn so that they can quickly change to another class should the need arise. If the roaming Soldier feels uncomfortable standing on the point the team can employ a Heavy to stand on the point instead who can happily absorb damage and also can divert attention of the enemy team when they're pushing onto the point.

Defending Control Point 2/4

The position of the heavy classes and Medic varies on how confident they are holding choke. If they are then they should be around their side of choke:

The Demoman stands at the very front commonly with a sticky trap waiting either on the floor or against the wall ready for when the enemy push through choke.

The combo should stand slightly behind the Demo giving him cover from Scouts trying to make a pick on him. Medics should stand either on launch pad or in the ditch infront of spire so he can keep with his Soldiers and Demo but be able to readily retreat.

The roamer stays close with his combo but keeps a close eye on the exit from house for Scouts attempting to pick the Medic.

The position of the pack changes when the team cannot feel they can hold choke. Instead they all move to trash to gain cover from enemy spam but still make them able to hold spire.

Regardless of where the enemy is with regard to choke, Scouts should always be holding valley and calling enemies that are attempting to run behind.

If the team are in Upper Lobby then the Demoman can defend the point by walking towards the point from the right hand side of Battlements where it is harder to spam the Demoman from.

Defending Control Point 3

Ubercharge Advantage

Like when defending spire via choke, the Demoman should be leading the defensive line placing stickies either against the wall or at the base of the stairs in order to deter the enemy from pushing and, assuming they push with an uber, make the enemy activate uber earlier than they wish.

The combo should sit on or around the train nearest to choke with the Medic preferably sitting side-house side of the train in order to avoid spam.

The roamer can either assist his Scouts in house or aid the combo and Demo holding choke. It varies on which side needs the most assistance although the default position should be with the main pack.

Scouts should be keeping watch over house with one Scout looking over balcony of house so he can watch over valley as well as house with the other Scout near the entrance to house as to address any Scouts that try and sneak under the balcony, avoiding the Scout watching there, and denying him a chance to get a pick on one of the heavy classes.

Ubercharge Disadvantage

The combo and demo should be holding their train getting ready to fall out of middle when the enemy team enter. When the Ubercharge has worn off then they can regroup (hopefully no one has died) and push back in with Uber and health advantage.

The Roamer and Scouts should be holding slightly further forward with the Roamer standing on their train and one Scout watching Valley whilst the other stays near the point.

The combo should try and fall out via choke and the Roamer and Scouts should try to fall out via house, this stops the team getting too clustered up and easily spam-able.

 Roll-outs

Demoman

The usual route for the Demoman will see him Sticky jump out of spawn, placing a bomb on the wall around where the red/blue meets the grey, he should strafe and aim for main. His second jump, arguably one of the more difficult jumps of this roll out, involves the Demoman jumping from the bottom of the stairs and gliding over the stairs, avoiding the top lip of the doorway, onto the top floor of his team's base — preferably landing near the pills. The third jump through the vent, another difficult jump, involves a sticky placed on the closest of the corrugated sheets to the left, preferably near the bottom, aiming to land on the wooden bridge. Demomen can either pick to jump from wooden bridge onto the balcony, although a majority of Demomen will take the safer route and walk through house and pick up the health kit inside. Competent demomen should be able to achieve this rollout consistently, as it allows for good speed and positioning while being at full health during the initial stages of the mid-fight.

Soldier

After leaving spawn the Soldier rocket jumps off the wall directly to his right where he can either drop down through main or go through the right upper lobby entrance. If the Soldier is going through main, he should try and emulate the Demoman and jump over the stairs although they should aim to reach the floor just before the door so the Medic can heal them. If the Soldier is going through upper lobby, he should go through the second doorway and rocket jump off the wall to his right and aim to get onto the area where the pills should spawn, by now the Demoman should have picked them up. The final jump of this roll out sees the Soldier dropped down from the vent and perform a standard rocket jump onto the wooden bridge.

If the Escape Plan is allowed, only one Soldier needs to do the roll-out whereas the other Soldier can fire two rockets to take himself below 80 health, and then whip out the Escape Plan. There is no need to risk killing yourself during roll-out just to get the fastest speed, after all, you only have to wait for the Medic if you're too quick. You should have enough time during freezetime to damage yourself and reload both of the rockets.

Scout

After leaving spawn the Scout runs straight ahead and jumps over the gap in front of him. He then goes left and around the wall in front of him, and continues towards the top of the stairs. Once there, he takes a left and jumps out of the hole in the wall, onto a small rocky spire. As soon as he lands on the spire, he double jumps left around the small wall in front of him, and lands on the bridge. He then proceeds through the house, and jumps onto Mid.

An alternate rollout is instead of jumping onto the small spire, he ignores the spire and the bridge and instead jump straight ahead. He goes down and takes a left around the house. The benefit of this rollout is the Scout goes under Capture Point 3's bridge the fastest, and you minimal damage from the enemy Demoman.
