Faceit is a London-based independent platform for professional competitions within online multiplayer video games mainly focused in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. The organization started showing interest in Team Fortress 2 in 2016, starting a invitational closed beta in June of that year.[1]
At this moment, FACEIT TF2 is open for anyone to play. In February, TF2 Pro League was announced for FACEIT[2], wich will bring improvements and new features such as a draft system, cash prizes, monthly seasons and more. It launched in March for North America, and is scheduled to launch in April for Europe.[3]
